How LoadDelivered is preparing for COVID-19

Last Updated: 3/13/2020

LoadDelivered Logistics is committed to remaining fully operational in preparation for the Coronavirus Disease (COVID-19). Thank you to our team members, drivers, and associates for the crucial role they have played in keeping our partners’ supply chains moving efficiently with as little interruption as possible.

We are monitoring national and global developments on active cases, status changes and recommendations and will be implementing business continuity plans to ensure service remains consistent for all our partners.

Based on recommendations from the CDC Interim Guidance for Businesses and Employers to Plan and Respond to Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) LoadDelivered is currently working with our full-time, part-time and contract workers on a number of proactive solutions:

  • For full-time and part-time team members, we are implementing remote work capabilities in alignment with social distancing recommendations. Remote worker capacity will be expanded for phone, voice, and video teleconferencing, and business application access.
  • For our contract workers, we are instituting health and safety standards that prohibit any contracted worker from handling freight if they or anyone they’ve been in contact with has tested positive for Coronavirus disease (COVID-19).

As always, the health and safety of our team member, partners, vendors, and customers is our top priority. We are committed to acting in accordance with preparation and response standards set by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and  World Health Organization (WHO), with the understanding that the situation requires operational flexibility and agility.

We are prepared to change course as the Coronavirus Disease (COVID-19) continues to evolve, and remain committed to providing the highest quality service and support for our valued partners. If you are a LoadDelivered partner and need extra support during this difficult time, please do not hesitate to reach out to your representative.
