Sr. Corporate Recruiter

The Opportunity:

We are currently seeking an experienced, results-oriented recruiter to join our rapidly growing team. As a Sr. Corporate Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the full-cycle of the recruitment process for experienced corporate, sales, and operations positions in our Chicago and Los Angeles offices. Some of the specific job duties include but are not limited to:

  • Work closely with hiring managers in various departments to define recruitment needs and plan the hiring process
  • Actively source, screen, and select candidates to fill high-placement needs, ensuring short fill times
  • Discover hard-to-find passive talent through creative and effective sourcing strategies
  • In addition to your own sourcing efforts, you will be responsible for working closely with any outside agencies
  • Maintain and update information within talent portal including but not limited to job posting templates, requisition status, and candidate status
  • Coordinate all stages of the interviews and ultimately facilitate offers
  • Support transactional activities related to post-offer stage of recruitment processes (on-boarding, partnering with HR & Training, gathering paperwork, background checks, etc.).
  • Consistently identify opportunities for key process improvement initiatives that impact the broader recruiting team

What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent
  • 2-5 years relevant recruiting experience
  • High level of communication; both verbal and written
  • Hands-on experience with various selection processes (phone screen, reference check, assessments)
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, work under pressure, and meet deadlines while maintaining a high level of professionalism and integrity
  • Comfort developing relationships in person and over the phone
  • Highly competitive and friendly nature
  • Detail oriented, self-motivated, and agile
  • Proactive approach and the ability to act with urgency and efficiently
  • Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage situations in a professional and tactful manner
