Recruiting Coordinator

The Opportunity:

We are currently seeking a driven, results-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to join our rapidly growing team. As a Recruiter Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing support to the recruiting function, where you will play a key role in ensuring that the organization is able to attract and hire the most talented professionals in the marketplace. You will be supporting the recruiting cycle within sales, business development and operations in our Chicago and Los Angeles offices. Some of the specific job duties include but are not limited to:

  • Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers to schedule both phone and in-office interviews on a daily basis
  • Actively source candidates using multiple platforms and applicant tracking system
  • Assist with screening resumes for various openings
  • Collaborate with the recruiting team to plan and execute recruitment events and career fairs
  • Facilitate in-office interviews by greeting candidates and ensuring on-site interviews run smoothly
  • Compile and process new hire paperwork
  • Support transactional activities related to post-offer stage of recruitment processes (on-boarding, partnering with HR & Training, gathering paperwork, background checks, etc.).
  • Consistently identify opportunities for key process improvement initiatives that impact the broader recruiting team

What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent
  • 6 months to 1 year of professional experience in an entry-level HR or Recruitment position
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven ability to communicate in an effective manner with peers as well as senior level leadership
  • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office products
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, work under pressure, and meet deadlines while maintaining a high level of professionalism and integrity
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly competitive and friendly nature
  • Detail oriented, self-motivated, and agile
  • Proactive approach and the ability to act with urgency and efficiently
  • Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
  • Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
